For lettuce salad; Let’s wash the lettuce and put it in a strainer. Let’s chop it small, drop salt and lemon juice on it, add salad spice and mix it.
For the radish salad; Wash the radishes and cut them into small pieces. Let’s pour salt and lemon juice on it and mix it.
For the potato salad; I had already boiled the potatoes. I peel them, chop them into small pieces and add salt, salad seasoning and garlic yoghurt to it.
For the noodle salad (For the recipe)
I make the round meatballs in advance and keep them in the freezer. We grate the onion for preparation, Add the ground meat, eggs and all the spices and knead. Gradually add the breadcrumbs and knead. We flour a tray and roll the meatballs into small pieces.
Bake them immediately in the oven, or put them in freezer bags and freeze them.
I threw one bag in the freezer, pour olive oil in the oven and bake the others on the tray.
