Carrot Mask

  • 1 large carrot 
  • 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 2 tablespoons milk 

First of all, if you have a large size carrot, cook it in a steamer, or in a saucepan, until it softens. You can cut it into small pieces for faster softening. Thus, you will shorten the time and prevent the loss of vitamins. After waiting for half an hour, clean your face with cold water. This mask will help moisturize your skin and tighten your pores.

After making the carrot juice, add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon (about 4-5 drops) of lemon juice and mix well. Apply it to your cleansed skin without getting too close to the eye area, leave it for half an hour and clean it with cold water. This mask balances the acid and base ratio of your skin, and lemon and honey have an antiseptic effect. In addition, carrots and honey have a moisturizing effect. You can easily apply this mask twice a week.

Carrot Tonic (For Mature Skin)

  • 1 tea glass of carrot juice  
  • 1 tea glass of cucumber juice 

After washing the carrots and cucumbers well, you can easily obtain the tonic by passing them through a solid fruit press with their peels, and store it in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Carrot Tonic (For Stained Skin)

After peeling 1 carrot, extract the juice by passing it through a solid fruit press. You can get your tonic by squeezing half a lemon into it. The only difference in applying this tonic is to leave it on your face for half an hour and then wash it off. If you have heavily stained skin, you can apply the stains to the areas as indicated 3-4 times a day with the help of a cotton ball.

Carrot Mask:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

After peeling the carrots, if available, use a normal steamer if not available. Boil it in a saucepan until it reaches the consistency to be crushed. If you are going to boil it, choose to cut it into small pieces and boil it with a small amount of water. After the boiled carrots have cooled, mash them with a fork and add the banana and mash them together. Then add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mask to your cleansed skin, avoiding the area around your eyes. After 15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. You can store the leftover mask in a sealed glass container.

Add 3 glasses of boiled water to it and boil it for 20 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. At the end of the boiling period, leave to cool with the lid closed. When the mixture cools down, strain the carrot seeds and set them aside and continue to prepare the mixture with water. Crack 1 egg into the water and whisk well. Then add 1 tablespoon of almond oil and 1 tablespoon of pure olive oil. At the end of this process, your fast hair growth cure will be ready. Fill a clean spray bottle and spray it on your scalp and massage well. Then spray all the hair and hair ends and cover with a hair cap or cling film. Leave for at least 1 hour. If you have time, you can wait up to 3 hours. At the end of the waiting period, rinse your hair with as cold water as possible. This type of mixture is not very suitable for rinsing with hot water as it contains raw eggs. You can apply the cure regularly 2 times a week for 1.5 – 2 months and reapply after taking a break for a while.

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 

After peeling the carrots, if available, use a steamer if not normal Boil it in a saucepan until it is mashed. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the boiled and warm carrots and mix well. Apply the mixture all over your hair, first to your scalp and then to the ends of your hair. After waiting for half an hour, rinse well with lukewarm water.

Carrot Oil

  • 1 kg of carrots 
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 
  • Olive oil 

After washing 1 kilo of carrots well, grate them and put them in a glass jar. After adding enough olive oil and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to cover it, mix it well and leave it for 1 week – 10 days in a cool and dark environment in an airtight manner. When the oil turns orange, the process is complete. Carefully drain the carrots and put the carrot oil you have in a glass container. With this oil, you can care for your hair once a week. First apply to the scalp and massage, then apply to the entire hair and rinse with warm water after waiting for 1 hour.
