Bolognese Tagliatelle Recipe

  • 1 packet of tagliatelle pasta

For the Bolognese sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons of ground beef
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 meal tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pepper (julienne chopped)
  • 1 onion
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Salt

How to Make Bolognese Tagliatelle?

  • First, chop the onions into small pieces and add olive oil to a pan
  • Fry the onions until they turn pink. Add ground beef on it and continue mixing
  • Chop the peppers julienne. Grate the carrot too. Add the carrots and peppers to the mixture
  • Then add the tomato paste and mix until the smell is gone. When the smell comes out, add the diced tomatoes
  • Grated the garlic and add it to the pan. Then add salt, thyme and black pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  • Boil the tagliatelle pasta in a deep saucepan. Take a teaspoon of the water in which you boiled the pasta and add it to the sauce
  • After straining the pasta, mix it with the sauce and place it on a serving plate
  • You can serve the tagliatelle with bolognese sauce with grated cheddar cheese.
  • You can increase the amount of minced meat according to your own taste
  • If you don’t want the intense garlic smell, fry the garlic together with the onion in the first step
