Ingredients for Cheese Paste with Yoghurt
- 100 g full-fat feta cheese
- 1 yogurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper paste
- Green part of 2 spring onions
How to Make Yogurt Cheese Paste
- Crush the feta cheese with a fork in a hollow bowl. Finely chop the green part of the red pepper and spring onion. Mix the crushed garlic well with the yogurt.
- Add the cheese, finely chopped red pepper and green part of the spring onion to the yogurt. Remove to serving plate. Garnish with finely chopped parsley, if desired, and serve. Bon appetit.
