Preparation stage; Put plenty of water and 1 tablespoon of salt in a pot and let it boil. Throw the couscous pasta into the boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. While the pasta is boiling; Peel the skins of the zucchini and grate them into a bowl. Add finely chopped parsley and dill on top. Mince the garlic and add it. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and salt. In the meantime, drain the cooked pasta and wait for it to warm up a little, then mix all the ingredients.
