How to make Muska cabbage wrap, you will love the taste!
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of rice (washed)
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 kilograms of white cabbage(boiled)
- 1 glass of water with tomato paste
Preparation:
To prepare the stuffing for the stuffing, put the ground beef in a large bowl. Grate the onion in it. Take the washed and drained rice into the bowl. Add the tomato paste, spices and finely chopped parsley and knead the mixture well. Finally, grate the tomato into the mortar and mix well. Boil the white cabbage and separate the leaves. For each wrap, cut into a large triangle and place on a clean counter or cutting board.
For each wrap, use 1 tablespoon of minced rice. Place it in the wide part of the cabbage that you cut in large triangles. Cover it first on the right and then on the left, then continue in this way to give it the shape of an amulet.
Place the wrapped wraps in a pot in a regular manner. Pour the paste-water mixture over it. Place a plate upside down so that the wraps do not fall apart while they are cooking.
Close the lid of the pot. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat and then on low heat for 15 minutes. After removing it from the stove, let it brew for a while at room temperature and then serve.
