Ingredients for Meat Kidney Bean Recipe

• 500 gr kidney beans
• 300 gr lamb meat
• 1 onion
• 4 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
• 3 glasses of broth
• Salt
• Black Pepper

How to Make Kidney Beans with Meat?

Soak the kidney beans in water a day beforehand. Change the water the next day and boil it. Chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Add the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Add the tomato paste and continue mixing. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and broth and cook over medium heat until the meat is tender. Serve hot.
