Portuguese Steak

Ingredients for the Portuguese Steak Recipe

  • 4 pieces of beef tenderloin (220 g each)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 50 g red wild myrtle
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic (Crushed)
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 120 ml red wine
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g rock salt
  • 20 g black pepper (Freshly Ground)

How to Make Portuguese-Style Steak?

  • Salt both sides of the steaks.
  • Oil, garlic and bay leaf in the pan Put the leaves in the oven.
