Pyroshki
Ingredients for the Piroşki Recipe
- Half a liter of milk
- 125 g butter
- 50 g fresh yeast
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 kg of flour
- For stuffing
- 3 leeks
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Half coil of sausage
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
For the Top
- Yellows of 2 eggs
- Sesamea
How to Make Piroshiki?
- Sift the flour into the dough mixing bowl and open the middle like a pool. Add yeast, sugar, salt and half of the milk and leave for 15 minutes.
- After the yeast has risen, add the remaining milk, oil and two eggs and mix. Knead until you get a smooth dough and leave for 30 minutes.
- Divide the fermented dough into 30 pieces and roll out on a floured surface to the size of a tea plate.
- Chop the leeks into rings. Grate the onion. Chop the sausage into dice. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the onion and leek.
- Add the sausages and continue sautéing. After removing the mortar from the stove, add the breadcrumbs and mix.
- Divide 2 tablespoons of the stuffing in the middle of the half of the round dough you have obtained. Cover the remaining dough on it.
- Place the dough on a greased baking tray. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and serve.
