Ingredients for Temaki Recipe
- 6 leaves of seaweed
- 430 ml water
- 320 g sushi rice
- 1 tea tablespoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 400 g salmon, finely chopped
- 5 Cucumber, julienne, finely cut
- Black Seed
- Pickled Ginger
- Soya Sauce
How To Make Temaki ?
- After washing the rice in plenty of water, boil it in boiling salted water until cooked.
- In a bowl, whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add to rice and mix.
- Place the rice inside the moss leaves, fill it with cucumber and salmon, then fold it in the shape of a funnel.
- Serve with sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, soy sauce and pickled ginger. Bon appetit.
